The worst staff ever

Disliked: Desk associate tried to scam $100 off me when I checked in, stating a $100 cash deposit...made her call her manager and she back pedaled quickly saying it was a charge on my card. Went to check out on my last day and the front desk associate was asleep at the desk and it took several tries to wake her.

Disliked: My room was bad. Holes in the comforter, the door lock didn't work, bathroom was a disaster AND someone entered my room while I was gone to steal trinkets from a concert I'd been to and stole packs of cigarettes from my room. Everything in my room had been moved or ransacked. Front desk was not helpful.
