Liked: The staff was prompt when you needed to show them something.
Disliked: Return from my wedding to find water across my room floor. There was a bad odor too. Staff member told me the floor could be mopped and we can address the situation in the morning about getting it looked at and getting another room. Come up to the front desk in the morning to be told that there was no open rooms, they were booked. Asked to check out and get a refund and was told that they don’t usually do refunds. And that was it. P.s.Forgot to mention that they had roaches too

Disliked: DO NOT STAY HERE. Checked in at 10 pm and left at 630 am. Absolutely miserable night. Mold all over window curtains that we did not notice till morning. Room had no TV remote. Waited 30 minutes for one and the one provided did not work. They did not provide any extra pillows or blankets for sofa bed. Dirty shower. Dead roaches on floor
