Liked: The convenience of the location of where the property was located
Disliked: I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The heat in my room wasn’t working, and instead of fixing it, they provided a space heater. What made it worse was that the front desk didn’t even inform me about the issue when I checked in, despite the fact that temperatures had been dropping below 40°F every night since the snowstorm. On top of that, the tub’s knob was broken—it literally fell off when I tried to turn on the shower. I didn’t want the hassle of being moved to another room or being told there were no other options, so I just settled for what I had. Overall, it was not the experience I expected, and I likely won’t be staying here again.
