Disappointing

Liked: Though our reservation was messed up, the check out manager made an attempt to right the wrong.
Disliked: Through the booking app, I reserved two rooms specifically because the showers were listed as wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, when we went to check in, the two wheelchair ♿️ accessible rooms had been sold out from us. There were no other choices for us other than a tub/shower combo and a jet tub/ shower combo. Though one of the travelers was able to make it work, the other traveler had to go without showering due to the situation. Thankfully, we were only staying for one night while on our way to Asheville.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking bad, when we told the front desk she gave us towels. I went back to the front desk a little later because the leaking was worse. We were told the owner wasn't answering the phone so she gave us more towels and a bucket. The next morning they had no idea about it because 3rd shift didn't leave a note. It's awful trying to sleep with dripping water. We had no where else to stay so we had to suffer through. It was so bad the ceiling was sagging. When we checked out they offered me a 10% refund of $27, I still have not received it.

Pleasant and quit place to...

Liked: I enjoyed making the waffles. They were very good. Area was kept neat and clean.
Disliked: The chair in room was stained and dirty under the cushion. A wet washcloth was left in room under sink from previous occupant.

Wouldn’t stay in a Days...

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: The entire hotel needs to be remodeled….very outdated! Paint peeling in our bathroom; room was dusty!
