The hotel was very nice. We were in town for a concert and it worked out perfect.

Okay but will not come...

Liked: The house keeping was friendly and excellent.
Disliked: The food was not expected as the volume of people is much more than the food displayed. The eggs were under cooked. Only one waffle maker so there was always a line waiting for use. The refrigerator was broken and lost entire vacation day waiting for replacement. You don’t have elevators.

Fine hotel, just dirty and...

Liked: Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Rooms were pretty dirty. The bed frame had some sort of sticky substance on it. The bathroom door was was cracked in the wood. The bathroom had mold growing on the top corners of the shower , where it meets the walls. Additionally in the bathroom along the floor either had mold or dirt all along the edges. Pillow cases had many stains on them. There was some kind of weird caterpillar type bugs crawling on the walls. The pool had no towels.

Liked: Staff accused me of bringing a dog in there while in the middle of sex

Amazing stay and amazing staff

Liked: I loved everything about this place. The staff was amazing, it was very clean the house keepers cleaned my room daily ( it was surprising to me). The breakfast was really good it was on the smaller side but really good options.
Disliked: A few times the hallways smelled of Marijuana but it was only in the hallways never anywhere else.

Disliked: Bathtub was stained and not well cleaned. Huge turn off!
