The hotel was very nice. We were in town for a concert and it worked out perfect.

We enjoyed the stay

Liked: It was ok, clean. We had a suite the only thing wrong the floor around the hot tub was pretty rotten.
Disliked: It was quite and clean

Liked: The hot tub was nice
Disliked: Bed was hard as a rock the air conditioner circled air and made us both sick

Disliked: Dirty floor, dirty mattress, ripped sheets, hair all over the floor. Fake Eye lash on the wall.

Disliked: Your people that u have at the front desk on 12/28 and then the morning lady rude you were talking to another guest service about a problem that we were having. This lady was on her personal phone and then stepped in the conversation. Rudely made a rude remark to a guest that I was with and to myself and it was very rudely and then she handled it very rudely and then I asked her a question when I checked out and then she was rude to me again. So you need to fix your customer service and I will definitely not be coming back to your hotel ever again

Since its only an overnight...

Liked: The fact the pool and hot tub r up and running for my young adults to hang out as we were there for my son's birthday. And Love those room as its spacious.
Disliked: the evening staff front desk, seem cold and unfriendly.
