Disliked: how the room was filthy and we had to ask for a new room. we were there for a concert so we had limited time and didn’t think we’d walk into a hair filled room.

Liked: I stupidly locked myself out, and they quickly gave me another key at no extra charge! Also, they were extremely patient with me getting all my stuff out of the room, and letting me check out a few minutes late.
Disliked: The room was a bit small. I would've stayed longer, but they charge way too much for a week! Also, couldn't get good water temp in the shower. It was either freezing or boiling!

Disliked: They didn't want to fix anything I got moved 3 times bc they refused to fix my problem they refuse to give me a discount or my money back they harassment me bout my pet fees after I told them when I got paid after they assumed they were services dogs they took money out my boyfriends account without consent they refuse to do our keys to get back into our room with our other dog and stuff I had to call the police bc I need to get my stuff and my oother dog
