Liked: There was a woman staff member who is very nice
Disliked: We had dirty sheets when we came in, requested 4 times for new sheets, had the same dirty sheets for 7 days. No hot food at the breakfast. It’s basically stale baked goods and crappy cereal with juice. The parking lot is steep and was scared someone would slide on the ice and hit my car (they got close)

Disliked: how the room was filthy and we had to ask for a new room. we were there for a concert so we had limited time and didn’t think we’d walk into a hair filled room.

Liked: I stupidly locked myself out, and they quickly gave me another key at no extra charge! Also, they were extremely patient with me getting all my stuff out of the room, and letting me check out a few minutes late.
Disliked: The room was a bit small. I would've stayed longer, but they charge way too much for a week! Also, couldn't get good water temp in the shower. It was either freezing or boiling!
