Disliked: Our room was run down, they didn't inform us at check in about the pool being down.

I need to be compensated...

Liked: Not one thing.
Disliked: No one helped me with THEIR laundry when I specifically asked them. Our fridge, microwave and tv went out of power for two days, NO help and we kept bugging them. No one came by, nothing. We had to do THEIR laundry at a laundry mat because I told them my kids got sick on everything and we had to take matters into our own hands which was ridiculous. I NEED to be compensated now. The cockroaches, 1 glued or stuck dead in the bathroom door and then we found an ALIVE one, DISGUSTING!!! I want my money back right now or I will call my husbands and I lawyer. This was HORRIBLE.
