We stayed for three nights. The first night we did not receive any maid service or clean towels. I went to the front desk and told them and they gave me towels. They said they would leave a note for the morning crew to be sure and clean our room. When we arrived the next evening still no service for trash cans and no clean towels. I went to the office and told them about this, they apologized again. I asked them to be sure and have our room serviced as we were leaving for the day and will be back later, the front desk clerk checked the log and said yes our room was assigned to a maid and it would be cleaned. Well we got home the third night and still no service, no towels, trash cans running over, unmade bed! I went to the desk and told the desk clerk do you member when I told you we didn’t have our room serviced yesterday and he said yes, I told him it wasn’t cleaned again today! He told me that the housekeeper knocked on the door but no one answered so she left. We were not there which is why there was not an answer at the door. He apologized again I said well it won’t worry anymore because we’re leaving today! And then there’s the issues with cockroaches running around in the room, I told them they should have it serviced for cockroaches. I don’t think I will be staying there again.

Liked: Staff was very friendly
Disliked: Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Literally, it felt like I was in a half way house.

Dirty and uncomfortable

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: There were bugs in the room, large puddles of water that my partner with a cane nearly fell from, and the staff were straight up rude. We got moved to a different room due to that rooms status but it was still straight up uncomfortable and the lamp wouldn’t turn off.

Disliked: I was reporting to the manager upon checkout that there were roaches in my bathroom and one of the sheets on the bed was not Clean,he seemed as if he didn't care This was truly a change. I stayed at the same hotel,same room less than a month ago.....So this time I was disappointed.
