Liked: It was soooo loud. The people above us were up all night running and stomping. Woke us up several times through the night. My mom fell in the hall wall due to hump in floor and hurt her knees.

Liked: Bed were comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom light did not work, staff was unapologetic and didn't care when addressed. They said the front desk was supposed to "let us know" at check-in. My children had to bathe, brush their teeth, and use the bathroom in the complete dark. I feel at the very least a discount could have been offered.

Liked: The location was close to the event we were visiting for.
Disliked: The couch in our room was stained and very used. It should have been removed. The pillows were very small and we asked for pillows and blankets and were not given any.

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: The inside was outdated. Our room smelled like nasty booty and feet. There was black mold above the shower and the water smelled like pure bleach. The shower head looked like it had rust on it. The beds are very hard and small. The heating unit would kick on and off every few minutes no matter what you set it on. Only good thing was that the staff was smiling and friendly but not easy to understand a few because of language/accent.
