Check in was easy. In a safe area. Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Shower was hot and had great water pressure.

Liked: Location to airport, downtown, well lit parking lot. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, but not all items listed on menu by front desk were served. Room temp was comfortable, not too cold or hot. Liked colors with a bit of the blue teal to break up darkness of the room.

Liked: Airport shuttle was super helpful, and I had to stay and wait the following day for my roommate to pick me up to drive to Cornell College, and everyone was super ok with that!

Liked: Bob was very helpful and had great advice. Everything was clean. The room was quiet. We were next to the elevator, and we never heard anything. They did an amazing job and the price was great. We got in very late due to a delayed flight and Bob was there with a smile ready to get us to our room as soon as possible. I lived they had plenty of lights with plugs and USB ports.
