Check in was easy. In a safe area. Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Shower was hot and had great water pressure.

Disliked: Not enough protein options at breakfast. No hot tub.

Liked: 1. standard choice hotel warm breakfast, nothing fancy but enough. 2. bed is comfortable3. clean4. although near DSM airport, but very quiet5. friendly staff
Disliked: Because of the VERY thin walls, unfortunately, you hear EVERYTHING from next door, noise from TV, people on phone next door, snoring, etc. Solution: try earplugs.

Liked: Perfect location for DSM flights. Breakfast is available from 4 AM to accommodate early flights. Spacious room.
Disliked: Low water pressure shower took a long time to heat up. Parking lot aisles are very close and difficult to maneuver in.
