Liked: The location was convenient for us because we were evacuated out of our home due to a nearby chemical spill. We had to act quick and find hotel accommodations. I went online and it was a choice between three hotels in the area and this one was deceptively positive on reviews, but the hotel did not live up to those said reviews.
Disliked: When we booked the rooms, it said that breakfast was included with the stay, there were handicap, bathrooms, and the photos on the website did not match the actual hotel rooms. It look like the hotel had some water damage and they try to paint over it and put a Band-Aid on it like a bad landlord. The staff was not that friendly. It was like forcing them to speak because we were bothering them while they were watching TV and FaceTime with someone on their iPad and phones. You could also tell that the hotel was not that well insulated because we could hear every single step of the people above us on the second floor.
