very disappointing

Disliked: We had the deluxe king, and the sofa was filthy, and you could see everything on the sofa, the entrance floor to the front desk had coffee spills all over it, the next morning when we went down for breakfast only the OJ dispenser was working the sofa in our room was the biggest disappointment as I did not even want to sit on it We when checked in the man working the front desk was busy on his phone and didn't speak until we spoke first

Disliked: The WiFi for my kids gaming device it would not allow it to connect and that was a huge downfall as they are big gamers with Nintendo
