Liked: I had a guest who could not get in the desk clerk didn’t let her in nor did he notify me that she was outside and he would not get up from the desk to even find out if she had lost her keys or if she was even a customer my stay said two guest and she went out for food and he didn’t even get up from the chair to ask her what was wrong,he didn’t even knock on my door to tell me that she was outside very unprofessional, I would not recommend that stay to any one, the washing machine was out of order I couldn’t even wash my clothes, I would like a refund for my stay or a complimentary stay ,refrigerator was not working in the room and I was on the first floor next to the office or some room and the clerk was in and out slamming the door and I could not get any sleep my stay was a diaster
Disliked: Uncomfortable,staff were very disrespectful it was terrible,noisy staff were rude and they kept coming in and out of the room next to my room and slamming the door like every 20 minutes I could not sleep
