Superb

Liked: It was clean and spacious, easy to find and close to almost everything (gas, fastfood- tims, wendy’s, walmart, dq, canadian tire).
Disliked: After a long event we were hoping we could soak in a warm pool but it was just cold as well as the spa pool. We reported it to the staff but then they could not do anything about it. So they just have to put it under maintenance. A small setback though. But overall, it was still a great stay.

Will be coming back again...

Comfortable and relaxing

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a variety of options and coffee was decent. There are also a Tim Hortons and Wendy’s within walking distance.
Disliked: No ice machine on our floor

Exceptional

Liked: The hot tub to have hot water
Disliked: The hot tub had cool water

THEY SCAMMED MY CARD BY...

Liked: Bed was comfy, bathroom was roomy. Nice layout. I just realized that the first nite I stayed, I was charged double what I was supposed to be charged. I renewed my room the next day. so was then again charged for the room. then , a week later I was charged another nites stay for some reason... so I now have paid a total of $654 for 2 nites when it should have costed $327!! haven't gotten a reply from the hotel yet. so clearly they feel they can just charge at will, whatever they want, whenever they want! I am expecting to get refunded what they stole from me... but will find out soon if they will!!
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible! Couldn't even chew the French toast. Eggs were dry and hard. Potatoes were disgusting. Nothing at the breakfast was good in any way! I also dislike the fact that they have over charged me by double and continue to try and charge me a week later!

Liked: The room is nice and clean, and the staff are friendly..
Disliked: The pillows are not comfortable..

Superb

Liked: The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast was nice but cutlery and glasses were all out of plastic to be thrown away once used. Not ecological at all. An effort could be made to avoid this.
