Liked: Location was nice
Disliked: My room was not attended to at all while i was there and trash was still left in room upon arrival of room, nothing that would not make me stay again, but info that management should know.

Liked: The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was chosen as the customer of the day, with a free upgrade. Made me feel really special. The hotel was pretty quiet. We had the whole pool to ourselves. Rooms were nice and clean. The pillows were excellent, made for a goods night rest. The breakfast was just as expected. Standard, simple, and good. Hubby and I really enjoyed our stay!
Disliked: Everything was excellent, but if I was nitpicking. The breakfast sausages coulda been cooked evenly.

Disliked: The doors are very loud when they close and people were opening and closing them all night long. Especially on Friday. Also, the bed wasUncomfortable. And people were standing and smoking and chatting right outside the room.

Liked: The Great layout of the room- was like a Time share!
Disliked: The room was questionable when it came to the level of cleanliness. I had a pillow that was grossly stained on my alleged clean bed? The carpet was wet from a constant leak from the air conditioner. Looks like it had been leaking for a very long time! Carpet was discolored. As I brushed my teeth the sink would not drain there was standing water over half way up the sink! A child’s candy was found on my floor near the bed- It’s TACKY that you expect people to grab soap out of the shower to wash hands with on the sink outside the bathroom. Just TACKY! I’ve never seen a set up like this in any Hotel anywhere!

Disliked: Mold growing in bathtub under bath mat and in corners around tub. Room was cold. Hot tub didn't work. Breakfast area very disorganized. Very little choices for breakfast. No flavored creamer. No communication between staff during emergency at motel. Light switches were messed up. No paper products stocked.
