Disliked: The security measures! I had an issue with some teenagers banging hard on the door of my room multiple times and no one showed up to check on me and my child. I asked them to come up to my room and they stated that no manager and no one on site to check on me. Asked them to provide me with the footage from the incident and they refused to give me the footage! They charged me extra for getting a bit early to the room. Completely different price from what I was told at the beginning!

Disliked: every minute. recurring problems at video front desk eminating from other parts of the globe. no English spoken by house keepers. antiquted amenities . no reduction due to the fact the property is under construction. I'm sure you will ignore this review like my experience with my stay
