Disliked: Toilet didn't work when we arrived; someone else's hair was in the shower; the doors to the pool area wouldn't close. Just an overall disappointment.

Liked: The receptionist was as good and was trying to be helpful.
Disliked: Our room was dusty. Dust everywhere. The exterior door and lock didn't work well. The headboard was cracked and needed to be replaced. The bathroom door was damaged. The toilet seat was cracked.The landscaping was awful and in need of maintenance. Unsafe

Dissapointed
Liked: Nothing. It's was so horrible and disgusting that I didn't stay the second night tgst I had booked. I left a day early. Everything was broken, so dirty. There was no breakfast as promised. The pool was full of junk and leaves. They need to condem that place.
Disliked: Everything was horrible. I was tricked by the pictures online. Nothing was as advertised. I feel robbed.

We were very disappointed.
Liked: nothing
Disliked: The door to the room was very hard to close. The noise from the interstate was terrible. Had to change rooms because the TV didn't work in the room we were first assigned to. Didn't receive a receipt when paying for the room upon arrival. There were some sticky spots on the floor in the room. We got about 2 hours sleep that night.
