Disappointing

Liked: Nice clean rooms.
Disliked: There was a group of 20-25 people in the lobby talking, laughing having a good time. But it was allowed to continue until 12:30am! I called the desk once at 10:30 and again at 12:30 am. We were down the hallway from lobby and the noise carried. I asked to talk to manager in morning and she was not in yet. I asked for her to call me if which she did not follow up.

Liked: The staff as soon as you walked in were really friendly and the room was good looking and very affordable. The family really enjoyed the pool. The internet was really good.
Disliked: Perhaps a few more options for the breakfast. It was good. But perhaps a few more hot options

Liked: We stayed from 11/26-12/2. The staff were all wonderful! From our nearly midnight check in and all the way through. The facility was clean, great breakfast options, the 24/7 coffee was awesome and quite tasty. Really loved the fact that pool/hot tub were open until midnight. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was so friendly. A week long stay over Thanksgiving and it was a great experience! Will definitely stay there next time we are in town visiting family.
Disliked: Wish breakfast was open a little later for late sleepers but that is being nit picky

Liked: Lots of choices for breakfast; breakfast burritos, egg & bacon croissants, cereals, juices, milks, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, much more, and the grandkids loved making their own mini pancakes
Disliked: I would've loved to have a light above the full length mirror just inside our room door

Not what I expected

Liked: We left before it was ready had to br at the airport by 5:30
Disliked: To much road noise. Dog barking in a room at 11 12 pm if you have a dog you shouldn't go to the pool
