Disliked: water pressure was ridiculous. there are ROACHES! if there were no roaches this place would be pretty good. but having cochroaches NOPE ruins EVERYTHING!

Not clean

Liked: Entire room was very dirty. The floors were clearly not vacuumed, the bathrooms were covered with hair and stains on the walls, toilets, and floors. The fridge was stained and had not been cleaned. There was only 2 working outlets in the entire room and one had the lamp plugged into it. The lights and light switches were barely hanging on the walls and multiple lights did not work. The room smelled like cigarettes and cigars even though it was a non-smoking hotel. The mattress cover had a brown stain that looked like it was leaking liquids from the mattress.

Wonderful comfortable place to stay

Liked: It was nice clean the staff was amazing especially the young man that worked 3rd shift very helpful and friendly I would love to visit again

Bad customer service

Liked: Close to fort eisenhower and cracker barrell
Disliked: There was a mistake at the front desk when they ran my card. I stayed 2 nights and I have already been charged 3 times. I called today and was told that one will reverse out. That is not the problem. I have already been charged an extra night and there is still 85.35 on hold. I don't have that kind of money and it's creating multiple issues on my account. Simply for this reason I would not recommend. Nothing was said to me so this was a bad surprise
