Overall the motel was very well upkept. We enjoyed the room we stayed in.

Liked: Customer service was excellent, especially the lady attending and catering to the guests at the continental breakfast.

Liked: As soon as I checked in the room, used the toilet, it wouldn't flush. Needed plugged. I ran some errands and when I returned the toilet was still in same condition. Not attended too.
Disliked: Maintenance ignored the front desks request to take care of the rooms bathroom. Toilet.

Liked: Staff is exceptional! Truly appreciated them getting something out for me to grab for breakfast even when I was leaving much before breakfast was being served. That meant a lot to me.
Disliked: I was in room 300. The wall air unit was very noisy. The refrigerator was noisy enough to wake me up when it went through its cooling mode. There was hair on the bathroom floor that were not mine. There was no conditioner in the pump in the shower. This isn't your fault but there were people that were next to me that were in and out at least 10-15 times up until about 1 AM allowing the door to bang. It wasn't a very good night!
