Liked: Staff are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Had a good chinwag with Sonia on arrival. She is a wonderful asset to this place. Laughed so much with her. Great value for money. Rooms are spacious and clean. All you need for an overnight stop to break your journey. Scottish Peter and Rita

Disliked: My card was charged for another person's 25% off food vouchers and when speaking to the staff they said it was charged because they saw us with the other couple at the time then hung up and refused to answer the phone again at no point did I receive any phone call asking if they could do this and they refused to issue a refund

Disliked: I arrived very late as planned. Discovered at 06.30 a complete lack of soap and shampoo in the dispensers and there was nobody on reception at that time. The duvet was a bit thin but there was a decent heater in the room
