Disliked: the car parking company have stayed several times perfect location clean and friendly and on more than one occasion after entering vehicle correctly on book in i have received a parking charge have got it lifted after sending proof of booking but this is all unnecessary inconvenience and then for them to put the blame on you for not entering your registration correctly as if your a five year old is not acceptable this will definitely put me off staying in the future

Cheap, accessible accommodation for New...

Liked: Aga was triple friendly upon my arrival, and even offered a tissue as I was clearly sniffling after coming in from a cold bicycle ride!On the subject of which, the access out of the back of the services and eventually in to the New Forest by bike was great, and perhaps to be advertised? It was certainly the cheapest accommodation I could find for my 2 day cycling trip.
Disliked: Large staining to the chaise longue in room 11 my only issue.
