Liked: The lady in the front office, I think she must be European or something, not English, she was brilliant. Made us feel comfortable and right at home right away. She deserves a raise!

Great location for overnight pre-cruise...

Liked: Facilities were clean. And adequate for our overnight stay
Disliked: Location gave no opportunity to walk to any restaurants other than the limited located in the service. Station.

Liked: The room was very spacious.
Disliked: The heating was fully up on arrival and the room was too hot. We turned it off and opened a window before leaving to get our dinner. Was still too hot when we got back and had to sleep with the window open which wasn't ideal next to a motorway!
