Liked: convenient but adding £5 to park seems ridiculous say as we are on the M5 motorway
Disliked: very tired as an interior and fittings - not even a phone charger near the bed.

Already said - met all...

Liked: Not top of the tree but has everything I need so fine for me
Disliked: Car Parking fee for not booking direct with them

Expect Lots of running around.

Liked: The morning staff was very helpful in detailing directions to drive to the other side of the services avoiding the motorway. I gave an extra star for this.A clean filter cover in the bathroom. First time I have ever seen a clean one.
Disliked: I was given a £5 charge for parking my car. I had to re look on the booking site and found it buried in the reviews.No receipt given until the following morning.The booked breakfast was at the services on the other side of the motorway. South bound.It needs to be clearer in the description this motel is on the North bound side of the motorway.
