Disappointing

Liked: Room was dusty, couch in room was ripped and in poor condition. Bed was uncomfortable with scratchy bedding and a single miserable pillow per person. The person who was on reception to check in was miserable and pretty unwelcoming. The fact you have to pay extra for parking when it’s a car park just for the hotel and it’s off a major road so I assume all patrons are driving is outrageous. Why it isn’t included in the room price is beyond me.

Good but a long walk...

Liked: The rooms exceeded my expectations; I have used Travelodge frequently and Days Inn was considerably better.
Disliked: The breakfast was only available at the service station on the other side of the motorway. For someone who is disabled, this was very inconvenient.

Watch out for car park...

Liked: Apparently, as I'd booked through Booking.com (third party) I had to pay £5 on top of my room payment to park.Why?I had already tried to book directly and the website payment had been rejected by my credit card company as possibly not secure.I used my Booking.com account instead as the price was the same, secure and reliable.Later to receive this news that a further payment was required,that wasn't mentioned in the terms and conditions beforehand is not acceptable.

Disappointing

Liked: We had no hot water at all in the evening and the morning. All we were told that no one else complained did not offer another room. We paid full price for this booking plus the 5£ parking charge ..We have used this numerous times in the past very disappointing.
