Disliked: Rooms tired and bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke.

We were delighted with our stay at Maidstone Days Inn; very quiet; we had an excellent night's sleep and the standard of the room with the extras could not be faulted. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Will not hesitate to stay at a Days Inn again.

Disliked: Service was really poor. There was smell in side the room, from linens me and my son was asthmatic patients so we struggled to breath.

Regrettable stays…

Disliked: We arrived early from London around 13:00 we asked if we can check in early. There’s no available reception only housekeeper, she told us not possible (she’s very moody). We asked her(Sara) if the room was ready she said yes but we have to check in at 15:00 that would 2 hours more waiting. My husband was dying to sleep coz he was just finished his 12 hours night shifts that time. We are willing to pay for an early arrival still no consideration. We went outside, sat on the bench my husband fell asleep waiting till 3pm check in. We travel a lot and stayed many hotels but this is worst experienced we had. Is a nightmare! That time even we paid the hotel we felt ignored! When exactly 15:00 we went inside the reception, 2 employees ( the housekeeper Sara and other colleague more interested on chatting ( gossip). The room has connecting door you will over heard your next door neighbour in short private noise! I will NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. I will not come back! My two nights I didn’t slept well coz of the noise from the corridor and next door. Not worth! We waste our time and money that time! We absolutely regret it!!!!
