Liked: Great location. Decent sized room for family if 4 and a dog. Loved that it was dog friendly.

Disliked: Room absolutely filthy. Stains over sofa bed to the point you wouldn’t even wanna place your suitcase on it. Bathroom was disgusting, other peoples hair everywhere and not the hair from your head! I had to clean the shower before using it! Bed very uncomfortable as well as flat pillows. That bad I felt disgusting the following morning and would have had a better night if I slept in my the car.

Liked: As always the staff were excellent. The rooms were clean and tidy and above expectations as they always have been.
Disliked: Noises at night that could be solved with soft closing doors and quieter fans, Our neighbours snoring was a little exuberant but at least he got a good night's sleep 😂.

Disliked: Toilet seat too low, problems getting down to the toilet seat due to our disabilities. Couldn't get the TV stations on the TV when we got in the room.

Liked: The staff were very kind and helpful. The view from the hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and well maintained. My little one loved the stay.
