Liked: Arrived at 4pm. Reception unmanned. Rang the bell several times and no-one came Rang customer services who rang the hotel reception several times and still no-one came. Customer services were unhelpful and clueless. Waited for 35 minutes and someone arrived and checked me and 2 other guests in. The room was clean but dated and smelt old. Cheap as chips and the service was extremely poor. I won't stay at a Days Inn again. I'd rather pay more so a hotel can actually afford to pay to man reception. Frankly, it was crap!

Very good value for money...

Liked: I needed to waste as little time as possible on my way from northern Scotland to London so for my needs location was perfect, next to the motorway. Staff was professional and room big, clean and quiet.
