Liked: Location was good. Front counter staff was pleasant and helpful
Disliked: Dirty bed sheets, no hand soap, cleaning staff tried to get in way earlier, we were still asleep and had gotten in after midnight. Breakfast was underwhelming, even for continental.

Liked: Our room had bed bugs and used condoms on side of bed. Front desk staff was understanding and kind to refund us. Manager was hard to get a hold of and gave us runaround when called to confirm cancellation was approved. Location is next to a gentleman's club and another hotel. Avoid if possible.
Disliked: Cleanliness could have been better.

Liked: Service was great from all employees from front desk to housekeeping
Disliked: Having to have my door to my room opened even though I didn’t feel like relocating all of my belongings once up the stairs I wasn’t too pleased to have not even been offered another room especially on the lower floor to accommodate me because I was told they’re for the elderly, handicapped & short stays and I have a 7 day stay long term this is beyond absurd to me as I’ve been in the nursing department for 11 years as of 2025 and I’ve never in my life especially after telling the staff that I have Lumbar disc disease and climbing all of those stairs as well as carrying heavy bags is too much for my body I already have a severe anxiety disorder and according to social security administration and my previous initial diagnosis in my award letter this is noted amongst other things as well as my closed head injury further more proving my point that I’ve never heard of age or visual physical nor vanity attributes being used as an indicator that someone isn’t handicapped, disabled or otherwise having mental or physical deficits just because I’m 33 and visually stunning and well kept academically inclined and fluently verbal as in speaking and/or conversing with others doesn’t mean I should be overlooked to accommodate once i verbally asked to be due to my physical limitations as in I can’t sit nor stand for long at all I appreciate the service but not how this I’m particular was handled making me feel as if me being disabled once again according to my medical documented history of conditions, records and social security administration records of me being disabled by law I was supposed to be accommodated I was ignored and fast talked about the policy and should’ve never had to write nor verbally state and of my PHI my back, has been killing me since my first nights stay and I have pictures of my swollen legs and feet climbing up and down those stairs carrying my bags and items to my room one gentleman helped me my first night thank god for me to have to call...
