Disliked: A deep clean, is very much overdue

Disliked: Coffee was horrible and lipstick was left on a cup

Liked: Location.. was clean.. nice views.. receptionist was a lovely lady

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Great location and convenient being at service station, friendly staff
Disliked: Rooms weren’t soundproof at all so you could hear everything going on in the corridor and walking past people’s rooms - fortunately it wasn’t busy when we were there so this wasn’t too much of an issue

Clean, convenient nice place to...

Liked: The accessibility, shops and value for money
Disliked: There was one one chair for a room with two people

Over all a nice stay...

Liked: The view was absolutely stunning and the staff were polite .
Disliked: I would say the beds weren’t the comfiest and the room was stuffy

Superb

Liked: Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable room, great views over the lake. Extremely quiet, no traffic noise. Will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Faulty bulb in one of the lights, reported on check out. Sure it will be ok now.
