Hospitable staff. Comfortable, clean, warm...

Liked: The view from the room was lovely over the lake. The room was warm, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.
Disliked: Bath taps were very difficult to turn off and need fixing. A second small chair would have been nice.

Bath and shower need mats...

Liked: Lovely view, comfy beds.
Disliked: My partner fell in the shower and hurt his hip!!! It's very slippy. It definitely needs shower mats and handrails!! It could have been a disaster. Window sills definitely need to be cleaned and beds checked thoroughly.
