It was a nice hotel; plenty of hot water; small beds for single beds and rock hard. Not too bad for 1 night but couldn't sleep on the bed another night but nice and clean.

Liked: Close to V Festival and good shuttle bus going to there so perfect location.
Disliked: Had a smoker's room that we did not think we requested; room smelled so bad; rooms are ok.

Liked: Stayed 2 nights earlier in the week in room 107 it was good. The price was good. Overall very good.
Disliked: When I booked in on Thursday, 30th Jan, there was an extra £5 pound charge for parking because I booked externally. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.. The member of staff was abrupt about this. The room i got downstairs had damp on the main walls, and the paint was bubbling up. The tv was tiny, and the room was tired it needed maintenance. So now I'm looking elsewhere for the next 60 days.
