Bed was comfy

Liked: It was basic
Disliked: The bathroom was poor the bath and shower area was full of mould as was the tile grout

A welcome place to stay...

Liked: A typical 'lodge type' room which was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Being on the same site as the motorway services gave quite a wide choice for breakfast
Disliked: The car park was very small (About 16 spaces) considering that there are probably about 40 rooms and you can only realistically reach it by road and hence in a car!? You couls park in the main services carpark but that was further away which isn't great when its poutring with rain.

Liked: location to Bristol airport and M5 was perfect. able to check in after late flight arrival. initially I booked the wrong date for arrival. booking.com were hopeless at getting it changed but the staff at the hotel persevered and got it altered for me.
Disliked: the "good breakfast" in the services which you can pre book at a discount is very limited. starbucks saved the day!

Liked: Just off the M4 great if you need something cheap to stop and recharge you batteries. Accepts dogs at £15 per dog Clean rooms
