Needs deep cleaning- was filthy

Liked: Room was filthy. I stayed for 2 nights and there was no top up of toilet roll, tea milk etc I asked for it- then had to take it upstairs myself too.Bathroom door didn’t shut unless you slammed it, extractor fan didn’t work, kettle was filthy, old bobbles and hair clips on the bedroom floor so definately wasn’t hoovered after the last guest. Dust everywhere and spills up the walls. Overall just disgusting-Wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked: The room was booked for a couple of hours to stopover. When we arrived we had a blue badge but we're charged £5 for parking.

Would not book again

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor, no toast no hot drink, not asked about allergies. Food just plated up. Sausage could have been better cooked.Room could have done with a little TLC.

Liked: Bathroom was not clean Hairs on the tiles and around the bath and dirtBath is too small for an adult The member of the staff was lovely and very helpful However we couldn’t get back to hotel on Saturday night as the m62 was closed off both kids and I were very stressed but eventually were escorted onto the motorway and to the hotel Especially in an area I didn’t know this ruined my trip

Liked: Room was clean, very comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom.
Disliked: only one set of towels provided for 2 travellers.

Fantastic value for money

Liked: The hotel is great value for money, only thing that let it down for us was the lack of glasses on the room. First hotel I’ve ever stayed in that didn’t have glasses in the room or at reception. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was clean. The bathroom extractor was noisy, but I believe they are being replaced. Great value for money with exceptional staff, thank you
