Liked: The staff were very helpful. The bed was quite comfortable, and the room was quiet on the ground floor. It was good value for money.
Disliked: The room needed a deep clean, the same areas (skirting boards/under the bed etc) looked like they had never been cleaned. The bathroom had a strong smell of urine, I ended up putting towels on the floor as I didn't want to stand on it in bare feet.

Liked: Room was larger than expected, pleasant surprise. Good size ensuite and clean, comfy bed and good size.
Disliked: Needed a couch or seatee, only one chair for a double room (2 person room). Otherwise no problems

Liked: Ease of access. Plenty of parking. Staff always friendly and helpful. Spacious room.
Disliked: Room 110. Light shades very shabby, torn and dirty. Water in the bath was just tepid but when showering it was hot !
