Liked: Room was very clean, staff were all welcoming and friendly to myself and my dog who was traveling with me for the week and a half.
Disliked: Room would benefit from a refresh and some soundproofing especially from the HGV parking outside the window

ain't worth it

Disliked: The staff are rude I was given a TORN duvet for one of my daughters with 2 different places torn First room heater wasn't working Moved to second room where the staff member REFUSED to make the beds for my daughters telling me she can't leave reception area with no one Left me with instructions on how to put on the bedsheets Asking for fresh towels seemed like a crime staff members so rude when replying This is NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL
