Liked: Very clean and tidy, a decent sized double room. Cosy would be a good word to use.
Disliked: Just let down by the lack of replacement toilet roll and complimentary tea/coffee in the room.

Liked: Refurbished room ,,shower room all good, plenty of sockets
Disliked: Although bed was fairly new it felt on the small side for a couple and side near window was awkward to get in and out of ,, possibly due to shrinking of room size

Liked: Recent upgrade Food on site if you needed Lovely staff
Disliked: No lift if you have got loads of luggage ask for ground floor
