Liked: I have stayed here 3 times for work already and it almost feels like home now. Place is safe, comfortable with a warm welcoming 24h reception. Excellent location. Love their on site Bayleaf restaurant.
Disliked: The furniture is a bit dated. Especially couches. Could use an upgrade

If you value basic cleaning...

Disliked: Rooms dirty and damaged. Manager was extremely rude and didn’t help. End of the day the we wasted two hours and left because the manager didn’t communicate. Believe it or not Curtains on the windows arnt standard. How can they even try to book a room that wasn’t cleaned or inspected.

Amazing stay, great price, great...

Liked: We stay all over, and this place was better than some 4 and 5 stars for comfort and dollar value! We slept great, and the price includes breakfast, which was also great. The restaurant onsite was awesome, too. The staff here were amazing and go outta their way to make sure you are happy. We have 2 dogs, and they have treats, and just overall, this place was really more than we expected for the price. Definetly will stay when coming thru Cranbrook.
Disliked: They should have a hot tub

Liked: Excellent staff and great breakfast. Staff relocated me away from the barking dogs next door.
Disliked: Barking dogs in next room as they were left alone by their owners into the evening. Not fair to the dogs or other quests.
