Disliked: Only having two electric vehicle charging ports around the front and none around the back . The back one was for staff usage only . We went around the front but couldn’t use the chargers as it was so busy then been charged £9.90 on the toll road on leaving to do 1 mile . The staff member couldn’t tell me how to get around the front

Liked: Clean. Good car park. Places to walk the dogs.
Disliked: Noisy people next door but nothing hotel can do about that

Very comfortable and clean room....

Liked: The location was excellent. The reception area was clean and tidy. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: It didn’t affect me but maybe a lift to the upper floor for visitors that may benefit from one.
