Liked: Location was convenient and parking was great. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The facilities in the room needed attention. The door squeaked horribly. The handle only opened by pulling up and was nearly wore out. The fill valve in the toilet needs replaced. (Ran constantly). The freezer needed defrosted in the refrigerator. The opening button on microwave kept falling out. The mattress was rather hard and uncomfortable. Also, in the bath, where the tub meets the floor in the corners did not look clean. And finally, the mirror above the desk could have been cleaner as the sunshine revealed a poor or no cleaning.

Liked: The location is perfect for our trip South.
Disliked: The breakfast was not good. The biscuits were incredibly dry and the hot water was not. There was no one around to help.

Liked: Never got to try breakfast. No one would answer the phone. By the time we went to the office to find out what time breakfast was, we had to leave. Location was the only good thing about the hotel. Drive way wasn't plowed very slippery. Room had some upgrades but a bed and pillows were terrible. No one answered the phone at the office.
