Strange video check-in

Liked: Great price, fairly close to sacramento airport, large room, nice bed. Fridge, microwave, and coffee machine.Nice shower gel and shampoo.
Disliked: Video check in with someone in india just felt weird. No human staff in sight. Slightly smoky smell in room.

Liked: Breakfast was very limited. The room was very clean and looked brand new.

Overall, the good stay.

Liked: Nice bedding, clean room, no noise from the hallway, clean bathroom, bathrooms, and well stocked with paper, towel and soap for your hair and soap for your body
Disliked: The icemaker didn’t work. Someone got ice from the icemaker around 6 PM and when we went there around 7 PM there was no ice and again in the morning there was no ice. My best assumption is it’s not working.
