Liked: The professionalism from the front desk was atrocious The lady was very rude and nasty She should not be working there Manager should look into who they hire I would sleep in my car before I would be treated in such a nasty way

Disliked: The front desk lady was really rude during check in. Texting on her phone was more important than helping us get settled

Disliked: the front desk staff charged me twice and when I asked to speak with a manager he outright refused.

Disliked: service of the staff. the girl at the reception was very rude and nervous. In the morning we were not provided with breakfast, although it was indicated in our reservation. At the reception we were told that they do not provide it tomorrow

Liked: Basically no breakfast, coffee, juice and granola bars it’s not a real breakfast we end up eating breakfast next door at a dinner.we choose days inn because breakfast was offered, won’t be next time We cancel our reservation for Airbnb because the breakfast situation was cheaper with out breakfast.Location was great, many many options for breakfast and different stores.

Disliked: The staff. We had to switch to a floor level unit because my disabled mom can’t climb stairs and had to pay $30 cash only to the guy at the front counter to do so. Very sketchy.
