Ok for my one night...

Liked: Location and free airport shuttle. Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Very dated, dirty grounds and broken items in room. Tv didn't work, door handles on interior cabinets broken. Didn't feel particularly safe. Elevator location was not convenient

Liked: The staff was great, and it was fantastic to fly out of Hartford
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable the pillows are small and the bathroom was dirty

Liked: The girl at the front desk was nice.
Disliked: 1. Very unclean.. the tub had brown stains which seems like poop and the shower had hairs and the towels were not white and the room surfaces seemed grimy. 2. My first room was occupied (and room numbers were sketchy and not in sequential order and some rooms had no numbers which seemed odd) . 3. My second room was overly loud. Also we had a fire alarm which was so insanely loud .. even with both hands over my ears. And it was 40 min standing in the cold outside. Overall a terrible experience.
