Disliked: Walking to our room there was empty food containers on the floor outside of several rooms and the place smelled of various different foods and marijuana. Smelled like people were cooking food.

Liked: Libby at the front desk is so cheerful and nice. I stay there often and am very happy when i see her smiling face.

Disliked: False information. Listed online having a pool and did not have one. Kids were very upset and discouraged. Their vacation before going back to school.

Liked: The only thing that was ok was the price
Disliked: I didn't like the fact the room was very unsanitary and unclean. There was black mold in the shower. Bathroom vent didn't work. Small of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The sheets were unclean and had old bloodstains on them. There were bloodstains on the walls. There was drug paraphernalia, a used crack pipe still in the room. Copper shavings for crack pipe use in the drawers. The floor was stained and noticable not vacuumed. The phone in the room didn't work and when we called from cell phone to try to get a better room the night check said he couldn't do anything till manager came on at 8am. I checked in at 11:30 and they claimed we checked in at 4:30am. They tried to accuse me of credit card fraud for some reason as well. This experience was far from pleasant!

Disliked: The whole place needs to be updated. The walls and doors were very dirty. That’s something easy to fix. Couldn’t get hold of anyone at the front desk until I left.

Cheap. Good value. Nice staff.

Liked: The hallway was a little run down. Our first room smelled of cigarettes. We asked for a new room. The new room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It seemed a bit rundown. Our room was fine.
