Nice nice guy at desk...

Liked: Had one small issue with room but they were excellent about it picked because had flight close by next morning .
Disliked: Rowdy party in parking lot learned later big rivals game that night and college nearby still fine quite inside.

Disliked: bed was awful. breakfast was not what we thought it'd be

Disliked: Beds are hard and not comfortable at all, everything is old and stained. Carpet was stained. Lots of spider webs inside and outside the rooms.

Not too bad.

Liked: Accommodated me with a first floor room and changed it to two double beds instead of the king I accidentally booked. The cleaning staff was very helpful and assisted me when I dropped a few things. That was really nice.
Disliked: Floors were dirty. My feet got dirty when I walked on them after my shower.
