Liked: Location
Disliked: It was very old phone cords cut , just remove phone! The room had very poor lighting lamp shocked when I plugged charger in. My daughter’s room had food in refrigerator! Pillows were missized for bed covers very thin. The elevator was broken and staircase door was propped open the entire stay. It was 20 degrees so very uncomfortable to use staircase. I thought being associated with Wyndham it would be a far better experience. The staff was great the hotel needs attention.

Liked: The staff seemed like they were all very polite. The location to all the local shops and restaurants. That they have smoking rooms.
Disliked: That they didn't warn us that they were remodeling the unit under us, we came for an escape from the kids and chores and wanted to sleep in but at 9am they were cutting and hammering. They appeared to have a lot of rooms but we still had a sometimes loud neighbor. Could've spaced us further apart id imagine.

Okay, convenient location, fair prices...

Liked: The property was fine. Not updated but ok, and kept up. We were on the bottom floor and there was an after market update of a block of wood in the window for security I guess. I understand the area (we were visiting family) which can be very nice but also has its characters so I felt the block of wood was fair. The room was a good size, and had everything needed for a stay except for coffee pot which would have made it perfect! However a few steps down the hall there was a location that had a lukewarm thermos! I had a microwave in my room and was able to heat up my evening tea so it was fine. Not exactly hospitable but it it’s a functional place to stay near family with close restaurants, your own space, and a very fair price!
Disliked: The room we checked into had an extremely small bathroom and a non working heater. The hotel was nice enough to upgrade the room to a suite which was perfect for us and the two dogs. I plan to stay there again on the next visit! I just think they should have checked that everything was working properly before renting it.
