Liked: Nothing except for maybe the price.
Disliked: There was soap stuck on the wall above the shower and mold spots on the wall, and on the ceiling, there was hair in the shower! The sheets looked like they had been slept in. It was just dirty all around!

Liked: Had bag over the smoke alarm, napkins shoved into the peep hole, upon arrival there were 3 different types of hair in between the sheets, one of the rooms had a broken wondow, the bathroom fan squealed, and the fire alarm was pulled with no alarm going off.

Liked: There was blood and hair in the sheets. After complaining to the manager the told us there was no refunds and that they could not do anything about the refund

Liked: The staff were generally very friendly. The only real complaint I had with employee interactions was from when I told the guy at the desk that multiple lights in my room weren't working. He disagreed and told me everything works. Upon going with me upstairs, he learned he was wrong and I was (somewhat reluctantly) relocated. There was no apology for the issues or for basically stating I was wrong. There's a little lounge with a bar & casino on location that has a wonderful bartender. Very friendly guy.The young lady that works overnights was very nice. Breakfast was better than I expected.It was inexpensive.
Disliked: The room I booked had some kind of electrical problem so I was moved. The new room was smelly and run down. The bedding had oily looking stains and smelled of BO. Towels were discolored, a ceiling tile was missing in the bathroom and even the shower knob was broken. The room was generally smelly, gross, and run down. Other thoughts:- There was only one small garbage can.- The mini-fridge was old and didn't work well. The freezer was basically unusable. It was covered with ice and seriously needed defrosting.- There was quite a bit of trash in the parking area.

Disliked: The carpets looked dirty…soiled. The refrig didn’t work in the room. The microwave was shared by the entire rooms on the floor. Some outlets in the room didn’t work.

WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE...

Liked: Nothing... no one should have a 3 hour long panic attack because of a 5 minute interaction with hotel staff.... 0 star if it was possible...
Disliked: Everything!! Gentleman at the front desk didnt even have a smile on his face once his eyes were twitching like he was anxious that i was even there. He couldnt look me in the eyes while asking me questions, then when confirming all my information for the booking the only thing they had right was my name! I was so scared of this gentleman vbecause of the looks he was giving me that i left and we never checked in i lost the $85 but yall can keep it... maybe use it on some ice melt or salt for yalls walkway both my finace and i slipped and almost fells multiple times in the short 5 minutes we were in the parking lot.. do better getting peple in there that actually care about customers and want there business. Oh and keep personal phone calls outside of work im not okay with someone being on a phone call with someone telling them to be quiet and hold on while im checking in... no one needs to hear any of that information other then the hotel...
