This hotel was great value! Very close to Val-Air ballroom, and it has been renovated. I noticed at first that there are outdoor entries to the rooms, which would usually be a turn-off for me, but the hotel has obviously been renovated, has a nice pool area and was clean. We had an excellent meal at the BBQ place next door. We will definitely stay again.

Disliked: The system was having issues. It didn't state that I had already paid on Booking.com.

Poor

Liked: Toilet wasn't attached to the floor. Was only giving one towel one hand towel and one wash cloth. Asked if we could check in early due to wife needed to take her medicine. Was told yes for $45. There was also an older couple that waited 2 hours to check in. We was there for a doctor's appointment. Breakfast time there was no milk for the cereal. It smelled really bad in the lobby as well. No fridge no microwave no coffee pot no cups in the room.

Worth the cost

Disliked: Sparse front desk, breakfast amiss. Eggs missing, then eggs cold, waffle batter liquidy so couldn’t use. All got better when the Mexican lady showed up at 7;30

Disliked: Was charged a whole extra night worth to check in before my concert. Everything was hard and lumpy, very uncomfortable.

Liked: Available, price.
Disliked: Room smelled of cigarettes, sink face was falling off, VERY scratchy Towels, loud location, people were talking outside our window ALL NIGHT. Tapping, knocking, it was not conducive to two toddlers sleeping.

I will choose this hotel...

Liked: The room was very clean and smelled nice. The young man who checked me in late at night was very nice. It was quiet so I was able to get the rest I needed to continue my road trip. The mattress was very comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing. It was a very nice stay. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Liked: Getting out of that lace it smells bad like cat urine.
Disliked: Nothing other than the time to leave.

It was ok but lobby...

Disliked: i booked for 4 nights but needed an extra 5th night so when i went to add it they made me pay another $100 deposit on top of the $100 deposit i had already given them and they still had. Then the extra night was almost double the cost for the other nights i had stayed.
