Will not use Days Inn...

Liked: The Spa rooms are a bait and switch. The photos online do not match the room at all. There was plaster coming off the ceiling next to a large un-painted patch. Mold in the shower, and the water constantly changed from hot to cold. The spa tub was faded, cracked and dirty. It was worn through the top coat in several places. There was water damage signs on the carpet, appears to have been ignored for a long time. Switch plates were cracked and old. The few outlets in the room were difficult to use due to them being so worn out plugs don’t stay very well. The fridge stopped in the middle of the night because it came unplugged. The toilet would not refill on its own, we were told they knew and to use the lobby bathroom. They had turned off the shutoff valve so there was no water at all in the toilet when we got there. When I called the front desk with this info and asked for a different room I was told no. I said we were not comfortable staying and they notified me I could not cancel because I had checked in. So I was out the money no matter what. To top it off booking .com is refusing to help. With the lack of customer service this is definitely the last time I use ether of them. Days Inn booking thanks for nothing.

Good place good service. Nice...

Liked: I like everything about this property because it’s very peaceful there. I’ve always had a peaceful experience there. Nobody bothers you. They don’t have a lot of people riffraff drugs. They don’t do that there. It’s a very good place. I love the Daisy Inn in West Covina.
Disliked: There’s nothing I don’t like about that place. That place is cool. That’s one of my favorite hideaways. Very good place.
