Cheerful staff greeted us! Comfortable...

Liked: Parking & accessibility to Watertown.
Disliked: Shower facilities, water pressure, couldn’t access the shampoo (bottle empty & inaccessible)

Overall I loved staying.

Disliked: My room was booked 6 hours b4 I got there,the heat was off in my room it was 9 degrees outside. I thought it was pet friendly it wasn't and i was KICKED OUT!! The hotel reimbursed your company, but I called tie company to get my refund and 3 separate calls were dropped while in the middle of the call, I'm disgusted and will NEVER use your site again....I would like my money back please.

Liked: We love the location as it cheaper than staying in Watertown, yet very close to it. Very quiet hotel with clean and comfortable beds, that we have stayed at numerous times over the past 9 years. Timmies next door at the gas station. Previous times, we have seen deer in the field to the south west. We aren't fond of spending a lot of money for hotel rooms, and find this place to be a fantastic value. With the base close by, you have many people that work there staying at the hotel who are courteous and not partying. You aren't paying for a gourmet breakfast... if that is what you're looking for, you need to pay for that elsewhere. This is how they keep the rates reasonable by providing a very simple and basic breakfast offerings. We find it to be meh, but just go across the road to Walmart and grab other items, like fruit cup, yogurts or microwave breakfast sandwiches to make in the room. Or if you are Canadians, you know we love our double-doubles... just go there!
Disliked: Parking lot wasn't plowed that well. First time down in winter, so not sure what the usual is. All the previous stays, nothing to complain about.
