Disliked: Unfortunately, the actual rooms are very different from the photos. The rooms were quite dirty, and someone was smoking in the neighboring rooms, causing the smell to seep into ours. The hotel hasn’t been renovated in a long time—the bathroom was worn out, and the walls had cracks.On top of that, we faced an issue with the crib I had requested for my baby. The hotel responded that they would provide one if available. However, upon arrival, a staff member told us that they never had cribs in the first place. Had I known this in advance, I would have brought one with me. Instead, I had to sleep with my baby on a high bed, and I barely slept due to the stress of worrying that my child might fall.
