Liked: Lots of parking.
Disliked: Very hot in the hallways.

Decent hotel in a quiet...

Liked: Comfortable stay in a hotel very close to the subway and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. However, the AC/heater could use some upgrading. Plenty of restaurants offering international cuisine nearby.

Disliked: Rooms and toilet bathrooms. Room air-conditioning has leaks that made all our clean clothes in the suitcase wet overnight.when complained to reception they gave is another room and that room had damp and bath tub blocked/clogged with hairs.Toilet door got locked from outside

For 1 night it might...

Liked: There was no breakfast. Inside, the room was okay.
Disliked: There was no refrigerator inside the room. The elevator was not functioning multiple times during my stay. Too much noise from the corridor. The wifi was worst, disconnects in every 5-10mins.

Great for the price

Liked: Location
Disliked: The fact there was no microwave and mini-fridge in the room, and no water fountain in the lobby.

Loved the convenient location

Liked: The location is excellent. The motel is near public transportation and in a very pretty area of the city. The Van Ness area has some beautiful Art Deco buildings and plenty of restaurants and coffee houses.
Disliked: I thought the building was a bit old and shabby looking initially. But the room was clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable.
