Liked: What a joke.Room was dirty with mold in refrigerator that wasn’t clean. Room couldn’t get cool. Overall it should not be tied to the Windham brand

What a nightmare!!

Liked: I thought the price was affordable..
Disliked: 1st room had the worst urine smell they moved us. 2nd room had black mold in the shower, bathroom door was coming off hinges, workers staying in room next door were up all night yelling obscenities and shouting. I called Mgr@ 2 and 4 am. Didn't get any sleep didn't get any discount. It was a nightmare. In the hall kids were running down stairs around 2 am and then a family was knocking around 3:30 saying the desk clerk gave them our room#. It was ridiculous and couldn't get any help. Said they'd give a 20.00 discount. It was insulting!! Very dissatisfied. Won't recommend. I hope nobody ever has to experience what we went through!The Hawks

Liked: Not a breakfast person, my grandson and mom loved it. The lady that checked me in was very nice
Disliked: No clean towels for the next day, had to talk to a computer to get stuff and didn’t get. Asked for toilet paper and never got.
