Disliked: The gentleman in booking the room was rude, hung up on me a few timesWhen arrived to hotel the lady that checked me in had great customer service

Liked: Location was good but the place was not clean and room Heater made it worse.
Disliked: This is not a place to stay with family as carpet was bad and heater was throwing bad smell and dust.

Liked: It was quiet.
Disliked: The fact that i had to interact with check in at a kiosk

Will never stay again for...

Disliked: At check in the room was not ready. They overbooked my room with another couple, as im getting ready to shower the couple walked in my room using the room key given to them at the front desk.. I didnt feel safe behind the locked door so I checked out the same evening.
