Liked: Value for money. Location was ideal and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: A little dated in decor. One light kept flickering.

Superb

Liked: Staff at check in friendly and room was nice and clean. Only downside was just 2 sockets in room and one was for tv

Disliked: Beds were quite narrow singles but comfortable

Comfortable rest in every means.

Liked: Highway meals on sunny teraces. Huge parking.Kind staff. Clean, cosy simple, huge room.

Non-existent customer service

Disliked: Didn't get to stay as flooded, can't be helped but not being contacted beforehand and being met by fireman who helped us as staff no where to be seen. Also not being able to talk to anyone as no-one answering phone, no alternative arrangements made or even suggested. All this at 10.30 at night after a 5hr drive with my children. Not happy. No apology for a week then just an email saying sorry, with excuses and notification of refund. Poor all round and will not stay with days inn again, not that we actually did this time.
