Liked: The price and location
Disliked: No pool or breakfast as advertised. Wasn't clean. No microwave in room.

Liked: There was no breakfast, as advertised. There was no indoor pool, as advertised. There was no coffee pot in the room. The bed was comfortable.

Bad

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The amenities were all shut down. We almost got stuck in the elevator, we didn't even have a phone or a microwave in our room. The first room they put us in wouldn't even open. The balconies were all full of furniture. Not worth the money. Didn't even want to stay but didn't have a choice.

If I were to go...

Liked: There is no Breakfast because the health department has shut them down
Disliked: The rooms are dirty, dusty not well taken care of at all. If you want towels, you have to take yours to the front desk to get new ones. If you want your garbage emptied you have to leave it outside of your door. It’s not a very good place. it’s leaking water everywhere stains everywhere, not

The location of the hotel...

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Lots of junk by the elevators: buckets vacuum, elevator worked when it wanted to. No hot breakfast ( cold bag breakfast ) hotel was run down. Outlet in the bathroom only worked if there was one item plugged in at a time. Shower head leaked. Sliding door off the balcony didn’t lock. There was very easy access to the room from the balcony of the next room over. Nonsmoking room.The person in the room next to us was smoking weed on their balcony which was extremely odious. When it was reported we were told “ It happens”Bar, large dining room area closed to us as well as indoor pool . This was definitely a bar bones hotel.

Disliked: Pretty much a disaster- We understand its for sale and waiting/hoping to be sold? slowest elevator in history,worked half the time. ONE ice machine working on the 2nd floor. Lights on in half the hotel. BReakfast was a bag lunch. shower head broken, one light in our room didnt work. No towels at pool. key cards kept getting "deprogrammed". Sauna broken. Restraurant and Bar onsite closed... TV only showed half the channels. NO cbs, abc, nbc espn....WHAT???!!!!

Clean place but not a...

Liked: The room was clean and tidy. Very nice neighborhood. Convenient location .Lots of places to dine and shop.
Disliked: They weren't cleaning the rooms everyday. I had to go to the front desk and tell them to clean the trash. The front desk staff was not Friendly. Didn't even mention any amenities at the hotel.

I would not recommend this...

Liked: The location was good and the shower was nice as the water pressure was very good.
Disliked: The ad stated that there was a continental breakfast however there was not even coffee and the restaurant and bar were closed by the health department. The elevator only had 1 operational and it did not always take you to the floor you chose. It also wouldn't open the door when you got to the 1st floor unless you pushed the open door button but if you didn't push it right away and someone else pushed the button for it to go back up, you couldn't get off and it took you back up. There was no phone in the room for issues and the tv was set to closed caption and the remote wouldn't let you take it off. All communication was by text message to the front desk. The ice machine on our floor was broken and looked like it had been for quite some time. The room wasn't exactly clean, especially the dresser drawers which we always use when we are somewhere for more than a couple days. The walls were so thin that when the room next to us had their tv on which I don't they were playing it excessively loud, you could hear it through the walls and it was on until 2:30 am.
