Liked: Location short driving distance to downtown Waco. They refunded our money when we no longer wanted to stay there due to cleanliness issues.
Disliked: Cleanliness. First room had a large area of mold and smelled of heavy cleaner mixed with mold and mildew. The second room they moved us to had dirty sheets…blood stain and patches of brown stains and a dried liquid?…

Liked: Not a single healthy option.
Disliked: They did not make our bed, or give new towels for our second day. We were leaving at 9 am and the maid was next door. We told her we were leaving for the day, so she could do our room next if she wanted to. We returned at 10 pm that night to unmade bed and no towels. Made the manager aware the next morning and he said he did not care. The worst hotel we have experienced in years.

Liked: Staff were polite, welcoming and very helpful.
Disliked: Door seal was not good at all. Saw a small roach on the door when I entered. Onning above our door was missing and handrail was badly damaged. Ceiling above shower was caving in.
