Liked: Online it let me book and when I arrived was told they were out of vacancies never received my refund

Liked: My daughter said her bed was comfortable and that's a good thing for me.
Disliked: Room was dirty, the toilet handle was broken, the sheets had a slit on it. They were doing some kind of remodel and heard the drill and saw going at like 2am. There were only like ten cars in the parking lot and it seemed everyone was on the same floor.

I want my refund

Liked: I booked for comfort. Gym was closed room had no hot water. This was a inconvenience for us . I want a refund. We checked out with in two hours. Person at front desk said I would be getting a full refund
